Automatic powder coating line equipment processing technology: loading → pretreatment (sand blasting and shot blasting rust removal / chemical spraying / tank dipping) → drying treatment → electrostatic powder coating → curing → cooling → unloading

Before electrostatic powder coating, the workpiece to be coated must be pre-treated, such as removing oil, rust prevention treatment, chlorosilane solution and its water cleaning, etc., and if necessary, it is likely to have to carry out sanding and polishing and sandblasting treatment to remove the enhancement of the coating bonding compressive strength. Only after reliable pre-treatment of the product workpiece can ensure the uniform film thickness of the coating and its strong absorption. When the spraying is finished, the coated product workpiece must be sent to the curing oven for baking in a certain period of time, so as to produce detailed coating after the powder coating is heated according to different processing requirements. Common curing methods are hot air circulation system and its radiant heat baking system.

A set of electrostatic powder coating system consists of powder booth, powder feeding equipment, one or more sets of electrostatic spraying machine and manipulation equipment, electrostatic generator and a set of powder recycling and processing equipment.
