    Simple description

    A high-quality spray finish is critical to the aesthetics and longevity of your bumper.

    Typically, a total of three coats are sprayed: a base coat, a center coat and a top coat. What makes a bumper coating line different compared to other coating programs is its large size. As a result, a lot of space is required for installation/configuration. The paint booth requires a special configuration and the waste paint is discharged via an underground airflow. If the output is high, multiple robotic sprayers are used, thus requiring more space.

    Quickly improve the temperature efficiency, matched with curing oven which adjustable and stable temperature, to achieve improve the product quality.

    Electronic control system

    The controller installed nearby the equipment, easily to repair and maintenance, perform a central display, a stable operation.

    The equipment available to connect network or utilize 4G telephone card, perform remote data collecting, intelligent monitor, realize industry 4.0. remote equipment maintenance and operation monitor, data transmit by internet, data collecting and related statement prepare by IPC.

    Conveyor system

    Convey the workpiece to the designated area for each process.

    We will design according to workpiece details and clients’ requirements, plate conveyor, floor conveyor, overhead chain conveyor and others for your choice.

    Process flow

    Bumper spraying quality requirements are extremely strict, the whole process from pre-treatment, spraying to curing need to be strictly controlled to ensure the quality of bumper coating. Most of the bumper spraying adopts multi-layer wet spraying wet spraying process mode.

    The normal workflow is as follows: pretreatment - drying - spraying primer - leveling (drying for 6min) - spraying color paint - leveling - spraying varnish - leveling - drying - cooling - inspection
