    Overview

    Pretreatment equipment consists of dip tank pretreatment passivation production line. The line is made up of five processes such as acid etching, passivation, water rinse and so on, workpiece is conveyed by electric hoist hanging basket, with manual control, thus make the workpiece finish the technological requirement of each process.

    The basket is lifted and lowered in the tank with manual assistance to avoid collision between the swaying of the basket and the wall of the tank.

    Tank Quality

    The welding transition of the tank body and peripheral equipment is natural, without running, dripping, leaking or bubbling.
