We manufacture the whole assembly line, which is composed of the following systems:

Pretreatment system: chemical pretreatment: automatic spraying and dipping two kinds; physical pretreatment: sand blasting, shot blasting. According to the material, environmental requirements, quality requirements, you can choose a different pretreatment process.

Powder booth system: at present, usually use booth with mono-cyclone recycling system or cartridge recycling, fast color change system and powder supply center can be added

Curing oven system: divided into straight-through type, full-bridge type and half-bridge type. According to the workpiece size or workshop size limitations, the appropriate curing oven can be chosen.

Combustion furnace system: energy options: electricity, coal, diesel, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and other optional configurations. Combined with the local environmental requirements, manufacturing costs, production costs, can choose the right energy method for the plant.

Conveyor system: hanging type and ground rail type can be chosen, according to the weight of the workpiece to choose different specifications of the conveyor chain.

4.Automatic recycling and sieving system ensures the normal pollution-free circulation of powder;
