The paint booth has the function of catching and handling paint mist when painting.

Working principle:Fresh air enters from the air inlet of air supply device, after the initial effect of filtration, it is sent to the independent static pressure room at the top of chamber by air supply fan, filtered through the top filter layer and then sent into the body evenly by the way of laminar flow from top to bottom. The load average wind speed of section in spraying area is 0.3-0.4m/s.

The air flow evenly wraps around the workpiece, over-spray paint mist does not splash, thereby improving the workers operating labor health conditions. Through the negative pressure suction of bottom exhaust outlet, the overspray paint mist goes through the grating screen, levelly enters into the paint mist filter device, at this time most of the paint grains and particles is adsorbed due to the action of gravity, but a small amount of paint has been thoroughly filtered and adhered when passing the bottom filter device.

Paint filters:When painting, paint mist adopts dry treatment method: glass fiber filter felt dry type paint mist collecting device is laid at the bottom grating of paint mist treatment chamber, it has good paint mist filter effects, paint mist collecting device is installed under the earth screen and in the pit, with removable structure for convenient maintenance and replacement.

Hot air circulation system:It consists of heating device, hot-air circulation fan, air supply and exhaust device, etc. The hot air inside the oven adopts the mode of downside supply upside suction. It is made up of fan, air supply duct and other parts. The duct is made of δ=1.0mm galvanized plate, hot air circulating fan uses h eat-resistant insert type.

Electric control device

Spray booth control system:Its main function is to start the spray booth fans / Stop control and room lighting control and auxiliary equipment for spraying power.

Drying oven control system:It is for oven heating and automatic temperature control. Hot air circulation fan and heating unit has automatic delay linkage interlock function.

That is, when start the oven, it will first start the hot air circulation blower, and in an automatic delay period of time to turn on the heater. When stop the oven, it will first turn off the heating device and then turn off the hot air circulating fan in an automatically delay time so as to cool down heating device before stopping the circulating fan. The temperature control system has an automatic temperature regulator and detection system. If there is an over-heat, or a hot air circulation fan failure, it automatically turns off the heating device and sends out sound and light alarm signal.
