Composition

Conveyor system is driven through a geared motor unit to the track chains. Pusher dog in the track throw the chains, then make the chain moving. Track type ensures free and smooth transmission of power.

Suspension chain adopts ball bearings as chain walking wheels, and the guide rails are made of 16Mn material after deep processing, with a service life of more than 5 years. Commonly used chain pitch is 150/200/240/250, etc., and the single point load bearing is also different. At the same time, by choosing the type of spreader, the single point load of chain can be increased.
The conveyor line can turn and climb at will, and can be adapted to various geographical conditions.
