    How it works

    The water curtain spray booth adopts side ventilation, and uses the flowing curtain like water layer to collect and take away the paint mist. There is a water storage tank at the bottom and an overflow tank at the top of the water curtain spray booth. The pump pumps water to the top tank, overflows along the edge of the tank, and flows evenly into the bottom water storage tank along the water curtain plate. The water curtain plate is hung in front of the spraying workpiece, so that a curtain like water layer is formed in front of the workpiece. When spraying the workpiece, a part of the paint mist flows into the water tank with the curtain like water layer, and a part of the paint mist flows into the exhaust system with the air. Under the action of the nest plate, the water is rolled up by the high-speed air, so that the water and the air are fully mixed, and the paint mist particles in the air are captured by the water in the water tank.

    General description

    ● Chamber body
    The chamber plate is made of stainless steelδ1.5 mm SUS304 stainless steel plate bending production. A conveying emergency stop button and a lighting button are arranged outside the painting room.

    ● Lighting and day-lighting
    Ensure the lighting for operation, observation and inspection. In order to ensure that the user has a good paint spraying operating environment, the configuration of explosion-proof lighting, using Philips lighting LED lamps, illumination up to 500Lux, even if the power supply voltage is lower than 180V can still work normally.

    ● Exhaust system
    The exhaust fan adopts 4-72NO6A centrifugal fan.

    ● Paint mist catching device
    The spray booth adopts the wet treatment method: the water curtain spray booth adopts the side ventilation, and uses the flowing curtain like water layer to collect and take away the paint mist. There is a water storage tank at the bottom and an overflow tank at the top of the water curtain spray booth.     ● Grating and bottom support
    The bottom of the room body is provided with a sink and a grid bottom net. In order to facilitate personnel to operate on it, the grille is made into a block structure, which is convenient for installation and cleaning. The lower part of the grille is used as a support, and the support adopts the steel square tube as the framework, so as to ensure that it can bear the weight of the operator, the pedal and other working equipment.
