Comprehensive instruction

The drying tunnel body adopts profile framework and insert plate composite insulation structure. Easy to transport, and the installation is convenient and swift.

The oven body’s angles are wrapped inside and outside, the middle is filled with rock wool, to ensure that there is no leakage along the wall sews. The average temperature of oven outer wall surface should be no more than 10℃ when the environment temperature is 20℃.

Assembling plates are divided into inner and outer plate, inner plate is made of δ1.0mm galvanized steel plate, outer plates is manufactured by δ0.8mm steel plates; the middle of inner and outer plates are filled with unit weight 120Kg/m3 rock wool for insulation, the insulation thickness δ=100mm. The rib plate of oven piece is punched to reduce the heat transfer and thermal bridges.

Hot air circulation system consists of heating device, hot-air circulation fan, air supply and exhaust device, etc. The hot air inside the oven adopts the mode of downside supply upside suction. It is made up of fan, air supply duct and other parts. The duct is made of δ=1.0mm galvanized plate, hot air circulating fan uses h eat-resistant insert type.

The outer plate of heating room is made of A3 cold rolled steel plate, inner plate is δ1.0mm SUS304 stainless steel plate. The middle of the inner and outer plate is filled with rock wool and silicon acid aluminum. The plate which connects the flames and other high temperature parts is stainless steel plate. The heating device is installed on the side of drying oven.

A natural exhaust device is respectively set at entrance and exit, to remove the heat spilled out from oven mouth (including the heat from workpiece).

Temperature control of drying tunnel is that the electronic signal tested by the temperature sensor compares with the set temperature value (analog quantity) through digital temperature controller, and then sends out command signal to control the working condition of heater to realize the automatic control and digital display of oven temperature.
