Wet or Dry Type Paint Spray Booth

Paint spray booth is to provide coating operations dedicated environment equipment, in the paint spray booth in the artificial environment, to meet the coating operations on the environment of temperature, humidity, illumination, cleanliness, etc. needs; for the operator to create a relatively comfortable, safe working environment; can deal with the paint spray generated by the coating operations, to protect the sprayed material from secondary pollution, in other words, is to make the spraying of the coating generated by floating paint particles (fog particles) can be taken away from the spraying site in a timely manner to ensure the quality of spraying. Dry spray booths can be divided into the following types according to the form of separation of paint mist: cardboard dry booths, lime dry booths, electrostatic dry booths; paint mist felt dry booths, organ paper dry booths, and so on.

Wet spray booth: Because the medium of water is used in the process of separating paint mist. The basic principle is to let the air carrying paint mist and water mix fully, the paint mist in the air is washed away by the water to realize the separation of air and paint mist.

The paint mist in the water is treated by using chemicals to flocculate the paint mist out of the water, and the water is recycled.
According to the separation of paint mist in the process of water washing form, wet spray booths are mainly divided into the following types: venturi spray booths, water spin spray booth, water curtain cabinet spray booth.
