Established in 1978, the UK client's company has a wealth of painting experience and an excellent reputation in the surface finishing industry.

In 2014, we designed, manufactured and installed one fully automatic electrophoresis line for the UK customer, after more than 1 year of normal and trouble-free operation, the customer was so satisfied that he ordered another set of fully automatic powder coating equipment from us in 2016. The large cyclone quick color change system is designed to handle a wide variety of colors. The fully automatic powder room with patented airflow design enables automatic, fast, clean and economical color change. It is also equipped with a workpiece inspection system that can automatically adjust the equipment parameters according to the height, width and clearance of different workpieces thus saving powder coating and equipment energy consumption.

So far the two production lines are running well and have been recognized and praised by the UK customers as well as the European equipment counterparts. At present, the electrophoresis equipment works 6 days a week, 24 hours a day, and the powder spraying equipment works 6 days a week, 20 hours a day, basically no after-sales problems. This makes our customers recognize "Made in China", and also makes us more confident in our product quality, and more proactive in integrating into the international market, especially the European middle and high-end customers.

The UK Company mainly serves for Bentley, Jaguar, Land Rover and other high-end car companies, there are a lot of excellent and experienced engineers, our engineers in the exchange and communication with senior engineers in Europe to benefit a lot, but also to promote the design, production, manufacturing and after-sales to grasp the needs of the international market.

The success of the UK project is both an opportunity and a challenge for OURS COATING.
